Fleur Sullivan's Apple Salad with Fresh Wild Fennel Fronds

A quick, easy and enjoyable salad


Some good apples, skin on or off whichever you prefer, chopped into mouth sized bites or grated
Lemon Juice - enough to cover or coat your apples.
Finely chopped fennel fronds.  
Olive Oil.  
Small amount of sugar.  
Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper


Place everything into your salad bowl and mix with the lemon oil etc.
